In agreement with JSC Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund the mortgage portfolio of four liquidated banks has been transferred to the management of Bank BTB, the bank said today.
The mortgage portfolio of Ganja Bank, Credo Bank, Zamin Bank and Royal Bank consists of 1,755 contracts with individuals. The total value of the portfolio transferred to Bank BTB management is 59 million 467.3 thousand manats.
The conclusion of the contract for the admission of the mortgage portfolio was approved at the general meeting of the shareholders of Bank BTB.
