"Musavat" prepares for a referendum
On Monday a meeting of the Board of the "Musavat" discussed the question on establishment of agitation group to hold on September 26 a referendum on amendments and supplements to the Constitution. It was decided to hold an extraordinary Mejlis on August 2, and create an initiative group, reads the press release of the party."Musavat" activists also touched upon the issue of the rise in price for bread and other foods. Board members also noted that the general prosecutor's office ignored the party’s appeal concerning the Panama dossier - a package of documents, exposing corruption and tax evasion in offshore zones by the Azerbaijani government, including the ruling family.-05D-
