Issue of 36.4 million ordinary documentary registered shares of 1 AZN passed state registration in May. According to the exchange, all shares were sold in a single transaction (one investor). Underwriting services were provided by Unicapital.
On today placed 76.7% (20.24 million manat) announced issue. According to the legislation an issue is held in the case of placing a half of it.
Paid charter capital, operating since 2010, "Bank BTB" thus reached 33.84 million manat. The main shareholder of the bank (75% equity) is Mehdiyeva Nigar Ismayil Gyzy (on unofficial estimates daughter-in-law of the Presidential Administration's head Ramiz Mehdiyev).
