Bank Respublika grew last year by almost 38%
Assets of "Bank Respublika" bank reached 430.8 million manat, which is 37.65% more than at the end of December 2011. The volume of liquid assets reached 148.1 million manat, which is 34.4% of total assets.
The loan portfolio grew by 35.6% compared to the results in 2011 (173.1 million) and amounted to 234.7 million manat.
The total amount of customer funds of the bank increased to 259 mln. Since the beginning of 2012 the volume of funds increased by 60.5%.
The aggregate capital of the bank as at 1 January of this year stood at 59.2 million manat.
Interest income on that date amounted to 33.1 million manat, non-interest income 15.5 million and net profit of the bank reached 9.84 million manat. -15B -

The Ministry of Finance of Azerbaijan reported that as of the first half of 2024, the country's state debt amounted to 25 billion manats, which corresponds to 21% of its Gross Domestic Product (GDP).
