Bank Silk Way has successfully completed a placement of shares of the latest issue
The shares of Bank Silk Way for a total of 23,541 manats were posted on Friday on BSE.
Issue of 170.590 million ordinary registered non-certificated shares of nominal value of AZN 138 was registered by the end of last month. According to the exchange, all shares were sold in a single transaction (one investor).
At present, there has been placed 100% of the announced issue of shares. Paid-in share capital of the bank, thus, reached 93.73 manat.
The bank's shareholders are LLC "Silk Way Airlines" and two individuals. - 15B -
