Bank Silk Way raises capital by nearly 30%
JSC "Bank Silk Way" increases capital by 16.03 million or 29.6% to 70.19 million manat.
As the press service of the State Committee for Securities said, the corresponding prospectus for 116,160 ordinary registered non-documentary shares of 138 manat, was registered yesterday.
According to the prospectus, the placement will be held by means of mass accommodation at the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE).
The paid charter capital of the bank now stands at 54.16 million manat. It is owned by LLC Silk Way Airlines and two individuals. - 15B -
