JSC Bank Technique and Yeni Hayat Group start a joint project on mortgage lending.
Under the terms, apartments in the residential complex Park Azure belonging to Yeni Hayat will be given on mortgage for 10 years. Advance payment will make up 20% of the purchase price and mortgage rate - 8 % per annum. Simplified conditions make it easy and simple to get a loan.
