Border Guard Service Buys Land from Citizens for State Needs
The Cabinet of Ministers adopted on 24 October a decision on the next purchase of land for the state needs. This time the procuring authority is the State Border Guard Service (SBGS).
According to the published on the website of the Cabinet of Ministers of the document with the number 309, the need to buy the right to use 4.78 hectares of land has arisen in connection with provision of the state border to the border area. The land is located in the village of Ikindzhi Shikhli, in the border bazaar Red Bridge, which is located around the border crossing point Sinig Korpu. These lands are used by 14 residents of Gazakh.
Cabinet instructed the SBGS to carry out the preparatory work for the purchase of land in compliance with the law of Azerbaijan Republic "On the purchase of land for the state needs" and to tie in with this proposal to the government.
This year, the Cabinet issued a decision on the purchase of land in the state needs by the Ministry of Transport, the Baku Metro, JSC Irrigation and Water Management and other government agencies. - 08D-
