SOCAR told Turan the SOCAR head office hosted the meeting of SOCAR’s President Rovnag Abdullayev and the head of BP PLC Robert Dudley today.
The SOCAR-BP talks considered the bilateral cooperation in the stabilization of the production in the offshore Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli oilfield in the past two months and touched upon several other issues.
The BP leader was also received by the Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.
Dudley’s visit to Baku was to be conducted a week ago, according to the western media. --12B--
