By 2024 Kazakhstan could have gas shortage
Growth of return gas injection could lead to gas shortage in Kazakhstan by 2024, Kazakh Minister of Oil and Gas Uzakbay Karabalin said at the session of the government on Astana on February 4, 2014.
“The republic has a significant growth of return gas injection, which could lead to gas shortage by 2024,” Karabalin added.
Minister said that 90% of gas extracted in Kazakhstan is associated gas. Almost 30% of this gas is injected back into the bed to maintain the bed pressure.
According to the Minister of Oil and Gas, by 2030 gas production will total 54.1 billion cub.m., up 25% against the production in 2013, reported http://forbes.kz.--0--

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today.
