Capital Bank Issued Bonds for AZN 75 Million
Commercial Bank OJSC Capital Bank issued bonds for a total amount of 75 million manat.
As reported by the State Committee for Securities, the relevant prospectus for 75 million of interest-bearing registered bonds, par value of 1 thousand manat was registered on April 26 last year. The placement will be closed.
Recall that in January this year the prospectus of book-entry unsecured bonds for a total amount of 400 manats was registered, while the term of the securities was 720 days, and the interest rate - 14%.
The controlling shareholder of the privatized in 2008 Capital Bank is PASHA Holding (99.8% equity). -15B -

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN.
