Cargo Flight to Open between Baku and Djibouti
During the working visit of AZAL President Jahangir Askerov to Djibouti on November 29-30 it was agreed to open a freight flight Baku-Djibouti, as well as create the joint Azerbaijan-Djibouti cargo company. Turan was told in the press service of CJSC Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL).
The President of AZAL signed a Memorandum of Understanding between the Azerbaijan Airlines and Airlines Djibouti to expand cooperation.
On November 30 Asgarov met with the President of the Republic of Djibouti Ismail Omar Gelle and the Chairman of the Port de Commerce and the Free Trade Area of Djibouti Abubakr Omar Hadi.
The presentation of the project of the new International Airport of Djibouti took place. The sides discussed the possibility of participation of Azerbaijani companies in the construction work. -----08D
