Announcements of tenders and the names of the companies that won them are published on the state procurement portal. According to the open data on this portal, the architectural company El & En won tenders and received orders for architectural work from the mentioned State Committee in three villages in the Aghdam district, in the village of Mehtili in the Jabrayil district, as well as in the city of Goytepe in the Jalilabad district, the city of Ismayilli, and the historical reserve of Kish in Sheki.
