Conference "Caspian region: challenges and tendencies in oil and gas industry" to take place in baku
Ernst & Young company announced holding the international conference "Caspian Region" Challenges and Tendencies in Oil and Gas Industry" in Baku on May 17, 2013.
The current state of the oil and gas companies in the Caspian region and the challenges they face are planned to be discussed at the conference. The exchange of opinions between the main participants and experts of the market will allow evaluating the perspectives of their development, reads the press release of the organizers of the conference.
Representatives of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) and foreign oil and gas companies will make a speech at the conference.

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
