Construction of Nine Social Housing Units Entrusted to Two Companies
MIDA LLC of the State Agency for Housing Construction has published the results of tenders for the selection of contractors for the construction of nine multi-apartment residential buildings in the Yasamal residential area, allocated by the state for social housing.
The winners are two companies. The company Huner-Insaat received an order for 12 million 593.9 thousand manat, LLC NN Group - 16 million 171 thousand manat.
According to previously announced conditions, all the apartments will be put into operation in a renovated form. The timing of completion of the construction work is not reported.
The Yasamal residential complex is built on an area of 11.6 hectares in Baku and consists of 29 residential buildings, in which, according to the project, there are 1,854 apartments. In addition, 20 hectares of land are allocated for social housing in the settlement of Hovsan in Baku.
MIDA LLC was established in April 2016. To support its activities, 33 tenders for a total of over 38 million manat have been conducted since that time. -----08B
