Construction of residential complex starts in Jabrail city
Baku/20.12.22/Turan: "MİDA" LLC under the State Housing Development Agency (SHDA) has announced the first open tender (procurement tender for over US$ 3 million) for the construction of the first residential complex on an area of 7.87 hectares in Jabrail city.
The tender is being conducted to select a contractor for the construction of the first five multi-family residential buildings. The tender commission did not provide technical information about these buildings (number of floors, total area, number of flats, etc.). The State Housing Development Agency's press office did not respond to Turan's verbal and written enquiries about the government's project, which "MİDA" Ltd. provided for execution. Also, the "MİDA" LLC is a customer for the construction of residential complexes in Fizuli.
In July, the design institute "Azermemarlayihieh' under the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture (SCUPA), without any tender procedure, received a contract for engineering works and designer supervision of the implementation of the project on a residential complex in Jabrail from "MİDA" LLC, worth AZN 527.500. In September, in the same way "MİDA" presented a contract worth AZN 248.600 ($146.200) to "Ricon" LLC for vertical planning of this residential complex.
According to a direct contract with "Chapman Taylor" LLP (UK), the development of the master plan of Jabrail city was to be completed on September 16 this year. The contract worth AZN 3,644,800 ($2,144,000) was awarded by one of the SCUPA structures. -08B-
