Our neighbors from Armenia got 37 points (better than us), Russia - 27 points (worse). Moldova received 35, Belarus - 31, Kazakhstan - 29, Ukraine - 26, Tajikistan - 23, Uzbekistan - 18.
According to the founder of the Center for Economic Research Gubad Ibadoglu, the lack of progress the country's position in the "Corruption Perceptions Index" reflects the negative trends with corruption component.
