Depositors in Royal Bank can apply for the money until July 21
Depositors of Royal Bank almost got the compensation they needed to get 1.7 million manat. Of these, 200 thousand manat is means of residents, 1.5 million manat - means of about 2 million non-residents.
The Executive Director of the Azerbaijan Deposit Insurance Fund (ADIF) Azad Javadov told the media the total amount of insured deposits in Royal Bank was 26 million 731 thousand manat, of which the total payment to be 14 million 718 thousand manats.
"The depositors of the bank until July 20 of that year may apply to banks - agents ADIF (Muganbank, Bank Respublika and AG Bank) for obtaining unclaimed until 1.7 million manat. For more information, please call (012) 596 65 91/92/93 and 941 (Hotline)," said Javadov.
Recall that, the board of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan decided on July 13, 2012 to cancel the license of RoyalBank due to the presence of significant irregularities in its operations. Under the law, the total payment of compensation is within 30 thousand manats. - 17D-
