Deviations from the rules of the cash payments are popular among entrepreneurs
The most popular violations of the tax legislation in June were deviations from the rules of cash payments. The Tax Ministry revealed 2,662 such cases.
According to the official statement of the ministry, last month they identified 5,765 taxpayers who did not observe the law. Thus, 1,263 natural persons were engaged in business without a license, 731 people received payments in foreign currency in unintended places. At 378 taxpayers the ministry identified lack of employment contracts with employees. At 319 privateers engaged in the carriage of passengers, there were no "insignia" to confirm the payment of taxes. There were those (153 people), who sold excisable goods without the availability of the excise stamps. - 17D-
