EBRD Intends to Invest in Ministry of Communications
The Ministry of Communications and High Technologies of Azerbaijan has interested the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, which has proposed a mutually beneficial cooperation.
According to the ministry's report, during yesterday's meeting of Minister Ali Abbasov with the head of the Permanent Mission of EBRD in Baku Neil McCain, the bank offered consulting services in three areas, including improvement of the training of public telecommunications operators in the privatization process and improvement of the legal framework and mechanism of regulation of the sphere. --17D-
