Economic Development Ministry Denies and Ministry of Transport Confirms Rumors of Fares Increase
Posts about the upcoming price increases for public transport are not true. As the head of the press service of the Ministry of Economic Development and Industry Abbas Aliyev said, there was no appeal to the Tariff Council in connection with the increase in prices for travel on public transport and the agenda of the Tariff Council does not include such a question.
Thus, he denied publication in the media that the owners of bus routes appealed to the Tariff Council with a request to increase the price of public transport.
At the same time, the head of the press service of the Ministry of Transport Namig Hasanov confirmed that entrepreneurs requested for that. -03D04-
