Email address registry system integrated into government
The Information System address registry will be integrated into e-government in Azerbaijan.
Yesterday the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan approved the list of government agencies and departments, which will be mandatory to use this service. With the said system will be integrated the information systems of the Parliament, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Communications, the Ministry of Taxes, and the Ministry of Economic Development.
In addition, the list shows the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the State Committees for Property Affairs, Statistics, Children, Women and Family, and for Work with Religious Organizations. It also mentions the State Migration Service, the State Commission on Public Service under the President and the State Commission of Student Admission. The list consists of 34 participants.
Developing the information system registry of addresses in Azerbaijan is provided by the company SK C Co LTD (South Korea), whose contract was signed on 16 December last year.
According to the plan of the government (the customer), the commissioning of the system registry address is scheduled for the end of the year, at full capacity, it will be released in 2016.
Part of the funds ($ 550 million) was allocated by the Government of Norway in the form of a grant, and the remaining 5 million manat was the contribution of the local government. - 17D-
