Their implementation "will change the energy map of Europe and will turn Azerbaijan into a very important economic and energy partner, and most importantly continue to ensure the welfare of the Azerbaijani people in addressing economic and financial issues," said the head of state.

Concerning the issues of foreign policy, Aliyev said that Azerbaijan has long ensured its energy security, and today plays a role in ensuring the energy security of other countries, especially for what its partners value Azerbaijan and actively invest in it.
