FinansLizinq Issued Bonds for 500 000 AZN
State Committee for Securities registered the issue prospectus of interest-bearing book-entry registered bonds of FinansLizinq, for a total amount of 500 000 manat.
As the State Committee said, according to the prospectus, the offering will be conducted by public subscription on the Baku Stock Exchange.
Most recently, in January of this year, the state registered the prospectus of non-certificated interest unsecured bonds for a total amount of 400 manat, while the term of the securities was 720 days and the interest rate was 14%. -15B -
