Finex Credit Issued Mortgage Bonds for AZN 300,000
The non-bank credit organization Finex Credit issued mortgage bonds in two issues for a total of 300,000 manat.
100 mortgage bonds at a nominal price of 1,000 manat each are registered by the Financial Markets Supervision Authority (FIMSA) under the number AZ2009019244. The bonds will be in circulation for 24 months at 8% annual profit.
The second issue in the amount of 200 mortgage bonds at a nominal value of 1,000 manat each is registered by FIMSA under the number AZ2010019241. The bonds have a maturity of 24 months, with an annual yield of 22%. ----71D
