The attempts to extinguish fire on the gas field "Bulla- Deniz" continue, Turan was told in the press service of SOCAR. At present, with the participation of experts from the United States, they continue work on cleaning the equipment on a burning well, according to a source in SOCAR, who asked to remain anonymous.
It is impossible to understand anything of this comment. As for official information, after September 13, SOCAR says nothing about the fire, as if it does not exist. However, it is the largest in recent years, and this technological disaster has lasted for six weeks. By all standards, the authorities should take a daily report on the situation on the burning well, given the magnitude of fire.
Instead, the people are shown the cut of red ribbons by Ilham Aliyev, who still has said nothing about the cause of the fire, and what is being done to extinguish it.
A few days ago, the vice -president of SOCAR, Khoshbakht Yusifzade said that American experts are busy by dismantling the equipment on the platform. After which the well will be extinguished. However, such statements are heard on August 17, when the fire broke out.
“Bulla-Deniz” is located 80 km to the south of Baku in the Caspian Sea. According to the official, the fire broke out, when there was drilling at a depth of about 6 km. Breaking free high pressure gas ignited.
According to experts, every day a lot of gas, 2.5-3 million cubic meters of gas burns, and full firefighting needs a lot of time and technical measures. -03B-
