For half a year sold more than 100 million Windows 8
Number of sold licenses for Windows 8 for half a year after its release to the market exceeded 100 million, said chief financial manager of Microsoft Corp., Responsible for Windows, Tami Reller.
The official Microsoft blog also reported that the world's leading software developer is currently preparing an update of the operating system.
T. Reller also noted a sixfold increase in the number of apps available in the Windows Store, and an increase in the number of users of cloud services Microsoft - SkyDrive to 250 million, Outlook.com - up to 400 million, Microsoft Accounts - to 700 million - 17D-
