LLC Anadolu Investment Company has announced a merger with LLC Park Moda. Information about this was made public on October 19.
As a result of the merger the activities of LLC Park Moda are terminated.
LLC Anadolu Investment Company is the main founder of the commercial bank Azerbaijan Senaye Banki with equity participation of 94.25%. The company belongs to Leyla Gezal Kurt, daughter of the owner of one of the largest holding companies in Azerbaijan, Azersun Holding, Abdolbari Gezal.
The shareholders of the bank with a share capital of 60 million AZN belong to Azerbaijan Senaye Sigorta (5.17%) and Azerbaijan Senaye Leasing (0.57%)
LLC Park Moda was founded by Akif Asgar Oglu Asgarov in 2009. According to the Finance Ministry, it had a subsidiary. The legal address of the company is the head office of LLC Azersun Holding in Baku. ----08B

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
