General Meeting of Shareholders of Azerbaijan Credit Bank
The general meeting of shareholders of JSC Azerbaijan Credit Bank has been scheduled for May 27.
As stated in the announcement of the bank, the main topic on the agenda will be the approval of financial statements for the previous year. The shareholders will also hear reports of the head bodies of the bank on the results of 2014.
JSC Azerbaijan Credit Bank received a license to operate in December 2005. Its shareholders are 3 natural persons with the following shares: 36.64%, 35.56% and 27.8%, respectively. --17D-
