Fragmentation of Corporation Accord Continues
From Three more companies have split from the corporation Accord. The joint stock company established three companies that previously were its structural divisions.
According to the register of commercial legal entities, independent of the parent company became brickyards (LLC Accord Kerpic) in the village Mushvigabad of the Absheron district and the Siyazan district, a weaving plant in the Agstafa region (LLC Accord Textile) and the company for the construction of hydraulic structures and facilities (LLC Accord Hydro Technical Construction Company). Offices of the new companies are located in one of the headquarters of Industrial Construction Investment Corporation Accord at 59 Teymur Aliyev Street, Baku.
Note that Accord Corporation since 2014 has been implementing a program to transform into a holding company and as part of the strategy asphalt plants, a cement plant in the Gazakh region, enterprises for the production of concrete, pre-fabric, iron and steel, processing of marble and granite, etc have separated from the parental company.
Accord Corporation was established in 2005 and has subsidiaries and representative offices in six countries, controlling stake in 8 local joint stock companies and about 30 companies in Azerbaijan and other countries. Control over the corporation is arranged by Ashraf Kamilov by LLC VIP Estate.
By number of employees, the volume of operations and assets the corporation is among the top ten private companies in Azerbaijan. ---08D

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
