The oldest local mobile operator Bakcell awarded the first 10 customers within a mobile number portability.
As stated in the operator's lucky gifts presented at the meeting of the Customer Service Centre Bakcell. According to the head of corporate communications of Bakcell Suhaila Jafarova, "from the first day of MNP service there has been observed unusually high interest to the Bakcell network and the number of subscribers who want to use the service is increasing day by day."
By the decision of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, provision of free services through MNP customer service centers (including in Bakcell-IM) started from February 1 this year.
