Government Once Again Reminded of the Privatization of the Baku Tea-Packing Factory
State Committee for Property Affairs has once again set out for investment competition 93.96% shares of Baki Tea Factory in the center of Baku. Last time the competition was held 1.5 years ago.
To achieve high-quality tea products and their packaging investors are required to submit an investment program.
In addition, applicants have to submit proposals to transfer to the state budget at least 150,000 manat.
Requests and offers to take part in the competition are accepted until October 15.
* The share capital of Baku Te Factory" is 171,870 manat. The investment competition is for 80,680 shares. In the factory, there are 11 people (previous year there were 16). The factory occupies 3.92 hectares of land and was put into exploitation in 1966. On September 1 of the current year the company had liabilities amounting to 123.8 thousand manat, and the accounts receivable were 1.8 manat. -08D-
