BAKU/16.04.14/TURAN : The postal service enterprises in the first quarter of this year provided services worth 364.4 million manat, which is 12.4% more than the same period last year.
As stated in the official report of the State Statistics Committee, 72.3% of consumers of the services were individuals. They were provided services worth 263.4 million manat ( 3.4 % per year) .
Mobile communication services rendered by the country's three existing mobile operators - Azercell Telecom, Bakcell and Azerfon as of April 1 totaled 212.2 million manats (growth by 7.8 %) , or 58.2% of the total volume of communication services. - 17D-

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
