In 2013 Azerbaijan exported power to the amount of $24.8 million
According to the customs declaration, in 2013 Azerbaijan exported over 595.67 million Kwh of power against 482.7 million kwh in 2012, reads the Azerbaijan Customs Committee’s report.
The report reads that last year Azerbaijan exported power to a total amount of $24.85 million against about $24.76 million in 2012.
In 2013 Azerenerji (in charge of power generation and distribution in Azerbaijan) generated over 21.5 billion kwh of power against 21.3 billion kwh in 2012.
The capacity of the power stations, which Azerenerji owns, totals 6300 Mwt. The company owns 8 hydraulic power stations and 13 thermal power stations and over 20 sub stations.—0—
