In April, Car Imports Fell to the Lowest
In April, Azerbaijan received 380 vehicles. This is the lowest since the beginning of 2016.
According to the State Customs Committee, in January-April Azerbaijan imported 1,742 cars, which was 11,148 cars or 7.4 times less than in the comparable period of 2015.
Since the beginning of the year, it delivered 1,509 cars, 24 buses, 152 trucks and 57 units of special equipment.
Experts believe that the decline in shipments of motor vehicles is the consequence of the economic crisis and the fall in business activity. ---08D
