In January-February CTP Collected 11 Million AZN of Insurance Premiums
According to the Compulsory Insurance Bureau (CIB), last month the compulsory insurance of civil liability of vehicle owners compiled and issued 75 590 insurance policies.
Most of them (66,616) are for local cars, and the remaining 8,974 are for foreign cars passing Azerbaijan on transit. Total, this is 6.3 million manats of premiums (+ 24.7% to last year's February).
Since the beginning of the year, according to the regulator, 135,516 contracts have been signed under the CTP at premiums of 11 million AZN. --17D-

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
