In July 2014 continued decline in consumer prices, and the whole was officially registered deflation of 0.7%.

In July, as in May and June, due to the seasonal factor was registered a decline in food prices by an average of 2%. Apart from seasonal fruit (plums, peaches, grapes, apples) and melons, retail prices have fallen and peppers, beans, cucumbers and tomatoes, eggplants, onions, potatoes and other vegetables. In July, consumers experienced a rise in price of some food products, including rice, flour, butter, eggs, sugar and granulated sugar, table salt, lemon, herbs, carrots and other products.
