In May, Baku to Host Exhibition of Food Industry
The Azerbaijan International Exhibition in Food Industry World Food Azerbaijan 2015 will open its doors on May 21.
The annual exhibition brings together leading manufacturers, distributors and suppliers of food products. This year, the total number of exhibitors will exceed 200 companies. The exhibition will feature companies from Belarus, Bulgaria, Germany, India, Italy, Spain, Kazakhstan, Korea, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Poland, Russia, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine, France, Czech Republic and others.
National stands organized with state support and in coordination with professional associations will be arranged by Argentina, Australia, Belarus and Lithuania. Traditional sections of the exhibition will represent fish, meat and poultry, canned goods, dairy products, groceries, confectionery, refrigeration systems, drinks and more. The exhibition will display bakery and packaging equipment.
Scheduled for the same dates, the Caspian International Exhibition of Packaging, Bottling, Labeling and Printing Ipack Caspian 2015 will present equipment for manufacturing and design of packaging, packaging materials, and finished packaging for various industries.
The exhibition will be held in Baku Expo Center on May 21-23. ----08D

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
