In November, construction materials fell by 2.3%
in November compared to the previous month the prices for building materials in the market fell by 2.3%.
In November, prices fell on stone cubes - 1.1%, sand and gravel - 5.2%, slate - 1.6%, metal tiles - 1.3%, insulation - 10%, iron pipes - 2, 5%, glass - 1.3%, boards - 3.8%, zinc coating – 3%, and rods - 8.5%. Chipboard and fiberboard rose by 1.5%.
Experts link the decline in prices to seasonal passivity. Slowdown in construction has led to the accumulation of surplus materials. In the near future, decline is expected in construction activity, which will lead to new reduction in prices for building materials.
Since the beginning of the year the prices have fallen by 14%, and for the year - by 15.2%. The share of local production of materials in the structure of the market is 52%. - 0 -
