Inflation in December was 1.72%.
According to the calculations of the Center for Economic Research conducted in 10 districts of the capital and the country, the growth in prices was observed in all the real economy. Food inflation stood at 5.87%, non-food prices rose by 0.49%, services - 0.28%. The State Statistics Committee has not issued official figures yet.
Most of the increase in consumer prices was reflected in Baku - 2.24% (food prices rose by 3.68%, non-food products - 0.75%, service 0.34%), and near + 1.20% (food + 8. 03%, non-food products + 0.23%, service 0.22%).
For the entire 2012 inflation, as calculated by the CER, there was 9.92% (14.76% in Baku and in regions 5.17%). On average, food rose in price by 1 January at 18.15%, non-food products - 3.37%, services - 5.47%. - 17D-
