International Exhibition on Environment Opens in Baku
The Baku Expo Center will open its doors to the 5th International Exhibition of Environmental Protection "Caspian: Technologies for the Environment" CTE 2014 tomorrow.
Today they held a press conference dedicated to the anniversary events.
The exhibition CTE will be attended by 77 companies from 11 countries, including Azerbaijan, Britain, Germany, Greece, Denmark, Italy, Russia, Turkey, and Sweden.
For the first time Azerbaijan's environmental exhibition will include the national stand of the Czech Republic. Most of the participants are local government structures. This year, over 40% are newcomers, including both local and foreign companies: Over 5 years 323 companies were able to demonstrate their innovations in the field of ecology.
The exhibition is organized by Iteca Caspian, Caspian Event Organisers (CEO) and ITE Group PLC.
Overall CTE 2014 will showcase the latest developments in the field of efficient use of natural resources, a system for the collection and disposal of solid waste, modern examples of alternative energy equipment, attracting people's attention to environmental problems and their solutions.
