On passing in Dubai Third Annual Investment Forum AZPROMO held presentation of investment opportunities in Azerbaijan.
The communication ministry noted that the executive director of the export promotion and investment in Azerbaijan (AZPROMO) Rufat Mammadov spoke on May 2 with a presentation on the economic possibilities of the country and sold in huge projects, talked about the business climate in the country.
Azerbaijan represented at the forum held in the exhibition with its own stand. The forum was attended by about 4,000 representatives of government agencies and the private sector around the world.
The trade turnover between Azerbaijan and the UAE in 2012 was $ 116 million, or 6% increase over the previous year volume of imports from the UAE amounted to $ 101.5 million, which is 6.5% more than in 2011. - 08D-

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
