Iran going to increase its share in Shah Deniz project
Iran is going to increase its share in several foreign oil and gas projects, including development of the gas condensate Shah Deniz field in the Azerbaijani sector of the Caspian Sea, Iranian media quoted Hussein Zamaninia, Iran’s Deputy Minister of Oil for International and Commercial Affairs, as saying.
“We are going to increase our share in development of several fields and projects in several countries. Shah Denis among the projects, but we have not made a final decision on this issue yet,” he added.
National Iranian Oil Company(NIOC) has 10% share in the Shah Deniz project.—0—

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
