ISO 9001: 2008 Standard for IIC
JSC International Insurance Company (IIC) has once again confirmed compliance with the international standard ISO 9001: 2008 on the results of auditing.
According to IIC, the auditor was the local office of SGS. This is a permanent auditor of the local insurer since 2006 (previously the standards were certified by Kazakh and Uzbek representations).
The parameters of the audit includes the leadership of senior management, training and work representative for quality, qualification of the personnel in the development of quality management system, the implemented effective corporate electronic system based on software INSURE-AZ, the high level of activity in the field of archiving and storage of documents and order records management.
IIC was founded by the International Bank of Azerbaijan in 2002. In 2012, it received a perpetual license for insurance activity. The authorized capital is 14.8 million manats. --17D-

Rice imports to Azerbaijan have soared to unprecedented levels during the January-November 2024 period, reflecting both rising domestic demand and increasing global food prices. Over this period, the country imported 60,400 tons of rice, marking an 18.6% increase in volume and a 35.3% rise in value compared to the same period in 2023.
