JSC "Azerbaycan Senaye Banki" starts on August 23 this year, the placement of 32 million ordinary registered non-documentary shares of 1 manat, - the Baku Stock Exchange.
Issue of shares included in the quotation list of the exchange. According to the prospectus, placement will be held by the mass demand. Underwriting services are provided by Ltd. Chelsea Capital.
At full placement of new shares authorized capital of the bank will increase by 2.1 times and will reach 60 million manat. -15B--
