Issue of securities decreased by 0.7%
In the first half of 2013, Azerbaijan produced government and corporate securities with a total nominal value of 2 263.1 million manat. This is 0.7% less than in the comparable period of 2012, the State Statistics Committee told Turan with reference to the State Committee on Securities.
Proportion of shares in the structure of the issue of the Central Bank for the first half was 33.6% (760 million manat), CBA notes - 34.5% (780 million manat), government bonds - 26.5% (600 million manat) corporate bonds - 5.1% (116 million manat). The volume of placement of shares was 172 million manat, CBA notes - 180 million manat, and corporate bonds 170.8 million manat.
At the beginning of July this year in circulation there were shares of a nominal value of 106.1 million manat, government bonds - 8.9 million manat, CBA notes - 44 million manat, and corporate bonds - 173.6 million manat.
According to SSC, compared with the first half of 2012, the volume of shares decreased 42.7%, and as compared to the same period in 2011 - 42.4%. Corporate bond issuance this year has increased 3.5 times. However, compared with the first half of 2011, this figure dropped to 22.1%. - 08D -
