BAKU/22.11.13/TURAN : From 2 to 5 December the exhibition complex Baku Expo Center will host the annual Azerbaijan International Exhibition and Conference "Telecommunications and Information Technologies" BakuTel 2013 .
Project Manager Rena Abutalibova (the company Iteca Caspian LLC) invites all citizens and foreign participants, as the event under the theme ICT Year will be the main reportable event in Azerbaijan's economy. It is expected to attend the 250 participating companies from more than 25 countries. Also expected to various seminars and conferences on the development of the Internet, cyber security , regional development and evolution of the Internet in Azerbaijan , the annual forum of basic telecommunications operators consortium TASIM. Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
