
JSC Khazar Lada Gains 100,000 AZN
JSC Khazar Lada, the representative of Russian Auto VAZ in Azerbaijan, gained 7 million 88 thousand manats, including 6.5 million manats from the sale of cars, in H1, 2016. It is noted in the company’s report.
The costs of Khazar Lada for the reporting period amounted to 6 million 988 thousand 034 manat, of which 6 million 165 thousand AZN was direct costs associated with the procurement of goods, works and services. Thus, the company gained exactly 100,000 manats of profit, of which 20 thousand AZN was paid to the state budget.
For 6 months Khazar Lada paid 1 million 561.8 thousand manats to the state budget in the form of taxes, including customs duties and taxes.
Note that in 2015 the company's revenues amounted to 25.4 million manats, exceeding the index of 2014 by 10.6 million manats. This is due mainly to the depreciation of the manat against the US dollar due to the devaluation of the national currency.
JSC Khazar Lada was established in 2004. The company employs 72 people. The shareholders of JSC Khazar Lada are 150 individuals, four of which own 91.4% of the shares. ---08D

Azerbaijan's financial standing continues to strengthen as the country's foreign currency reserves have surged to $71 billion as of January 1, 2025, according to the Ministry of Finance.
