28 June the annual general meeting of shareholders of DemirBank will take place.
As stated in the official report of the company, on the agenda for approval of the annual financial statements , the auditor's bonded to a decision on the distribution of profits and issue dividends.
The overriding objective is to make changes in the composition of the Supervisory Board , the appointment of the board and changes in the bank's charter .
DemirBank OJSC was founded in 1989. The bank's shareholders are more than 850 businesses and individuals. The major shareholders are European Bank for Reconstruction and Development ( 25% +1 share ) and Netherlands Development Finance Company (FMO, 10%).
DemirBank JSC with assets 403.1 million manat to April 1, 2014 among the top ten private banks. The aggregate bank capital is 61.4 million manat . - 17D-
