The insurance company Pasha Hayat Sigorta made a one-time payment of 38.21 thousand manat in an insurance case for compulsory insurance and disability of individuals from accidents and occupational diseases.
According to the press release of the company, the accident occurred on one of the production plants. In accordance with the insurance contract the affected family received non-cash 38.21 thsd manat.
In general, payments by the company under compulsory insurance and disability of individuals from accidents and occupational diseases in the January-July 2013 amounted to 417,200 manat, which is 6.4 times higher than the same period last year. - 17D-

Azerbaijan’s imports of animal and vegetable fats and oils climbed 23.9% by weight and 16.2% by value from January to September 2024, official data revealed. Despite the uptick in volume, the import cost of these products saw a decrease compared to the same period last year, with the cost per ton of vegetable oil falling by 6.1% to $1,199.6 in 2024, down from $1,278.6 in 2023.
